How to Calculate a Reasonable Expected Score

Every game I play against a 22 30 let's say I get zero points for winning and lose 10 for losing It's not gonna be great for my writing Yeah, that's pretty much open tournament games. The problem is that some players are there who has Well, the rating just doesn't reflect the strength strength level. Too many of these and I guess that becomes a big problem, right? That adds to it like if we say the ratings are Established to whatever as a 26 whatever. I'm 20 I'm supposed to score.
