The Importance of Cultural Evolution
When the environment changes, then immediately you can get these totally new behaviors that are adapted because of the cultural evolution. So there's a lot of complexity that we tend to think about now that we just didn't think about at all in those models. That makes sense. And so from that work, like throughout the rest of your PhD, what were some of the other things that you felt like were interesting results or your postdoc? Yeah. Working on those models kind of convinced me of the importance of cultural evolution and what an interesting process it is.
