The amount of talent in the bay area, you kno pre pandamic was just enormous. That was a draw for your tap talent and capital. We're building a large scale network consumer business which means we want to literally support hundreds of millions or billions of people. And s we've got to uild imfer structure that supports at many people. Australia is a country of twenty five million people. So you can have people who've built great products before, but they typically have worked at the scale that we need them to work at. They aren't t they're not scaleable to that size....
