CHAPTER

Queer Ethics - A Book Review

I'll admit, when I saw there was a chapter on ethics in the book, I did feel a dread that I have developed over the course of my philosophical career when faced with ethics. But by the time I got to that chapter, I knew that I wasn't reading a book that was about to try to align me with a status quo or align me with something sort of pre scripted. And you really delivered in this chapter. You give your reader a sense of queer ethics through notions like opting out and making do,. Then you have these wonderful concepts like caring promiscuously and caring clearly. So we talk a bit about how queer ethics helps us build queer worlds.
