I love your new book and your Instagram page is like these little nuggets, you're constantly tossing them out. And that's why I wanted to start off the interview with some of these hacks that are there because at the end of the day, we're all trying to feel better. So putting clothes on your carbs is a very simple thing to remember to keep your glucose levels steady throughout the day. You can really do it up to five times a day if you want. We're not talking about the only way to have balanced blood sugar levels is to not eat carbs. It's just these little tips which allow you to eat them while still having balanced glucose levels.
