Kubernetes Enhancement Proposal: KEP

The Kubernetes enhancement proposal, KEP, has been very prominent lately. I'm curious to see how this would impact things, especially becauseKubernetes doesn't usually care about things at the container level too much. The vertical pod auto scaling was one big point of excitement for me. Working with the team was just really wonderful. We have a awesome group of people that volunteer to help out with the release.
