The bine administration said it was going to reverse a policy that turned 60 thousand asylum seekers away and forced them to wait in mexico while their claims were processed by backloge imigration courts. Before the music stopped, before the courts blocked the administration from going any further, the white house successfully managed to parol in about 13 thousand people. But when you look at the number of people who, in theory, were eligible to be brought in, you're looking at a population of some 60 thousand people.
