The Role of Hamstring Strength in Injury Reduction

There's a clear link between improving hamstring strength and reducing hamstring injuries. The Nordic hamstring size is an exercise that I actually don't use very much. One of the one of the big reasons is typically regarding the sort of foot position. So what I tend to use for a lot of the exercises that I use in relation to the hamstring is tended to favor exercises where the feet are in contact with something either the floor or something else.
