What Is the Ideal Partnership Between Vendors and Health Systems?
Do we even have an example of what an ideal partnership looks like between these two stakeholders? Ideal, I'm not sure. The reality is most entities keep everything close to their chest. We don't like to talk about misaligned incentives. Everybody talks a good game about patients first and all that stuff. When it comes right down to it, everybody's got a quarterly number they need to hit or they've got a KPI.
