The Rise of Cash Out Refinances

In the last couple of years, or excluding the last like year or so, but like 2020, 2021, interest rates were still like historically low. Ash: I think where we're at today with interest rates, it's you're probably going to see less cash out refi's because who wants to refi from a 3% up to a 5.5 or a 6 or a 7?
