Data Science Methodologies - Are They the Most Popular?

The first methodology that appeared back in 1919 or in the decade of 1990 was the CRISP DM methodology by IBM. Right now the most popular one is this one, but I think there lies the problem with the data science methodologies: people are not upgrading or updating their methodologies to new technologies and new problems that are rising in data science.
