Is the ATL a Model of a Conceptual Network?

The ATL is a broadly distributed high level association cortex that's in a lot of different regions of the brain. And so it doesn't matter what kind of analysis you do or what kind of semantic model you do, all of it seems to encode information about the semantic structure of groups of 300 lexical concepts. But yeah, we haven't seen anything special about the ATL. We'll flag that though because I want to go back to that point.
