Robert's Brain-Eating Incident

Robert has repeatedly attempted to take his own life, in anything that he could possibly use to hang himself or open a vein. His cell is constructed almost entirely of bulletproof glass so that his behavior can be observed at all times. Robert remains confined to the cell for 23 hours a day, and is not allowed contact with any other inmates. During his daily hour of exercise, he is escorted to the yard by six prison officers, each ready to restrain him if he suddenly attempts to kill himself.
