Can You Apply for a Visa?
The most important thing to remember is that you can do it all yourself. If you're a particularly articulate, well-educated, and you're good at putting paperwork together, then I would say, great job. Or alternatively, if you want to make sure that something's going to push all the right buttons, then I'd say, get someone to help you. There's nothing worse than turning up at the border as a visitor or tier five person with no evidence in support of your request for entry into the United States. Same goes to the UK. You've got to have an employer, or at least a sponsor, before you can ever set foot to work in the US. So
