The Importance of Staying Here

Theophilus: Jesus began to teach until the day he was taken up to heaven after giving instructions through the Holy Spirit. After his suffering, he presented himself to them and gave many convincing proofs that he was alive. He appeared to them over a period of 40 days and spoke about the kingdom of God. Theophilus: They ask him, is it now you're going to restore the kingdom of Israel? And if they did get it, Jesus does a very rabbinic thing - essentially says, buy and leaves.
