The 2.0 world is really exciting, I have this working hypothesis that a lot of the great innovation happens in novel consumer verticals which then get applied to other legacy verticals. What you've seen race ahead in consumer technology is the ability for someone to have a 1 to many audience and build relationships 1 to many. And it's amazing that that technology has yet to permeate into wealth management or investment management. When you actually bridge the manager, the customer, you can just get content directly.
