The Importance of Priors in the Brain

Are we born frequentists and then become basins? Are we already basins when we just are born into the world? Fascinating question. Here is another PhD thesis to make. Ultimately, I don't think it's so important because as soon as they see, right, things, they got a lot of data already. Maybe there's some really fundamental priors more about behavioral rather than abstract effects.
