The Koch Brothers Influence on Local Elections

I think Citizens United was a big part of the change. A huge part because the Koch brothers bought the Republican party. I've seen, I saw Jerry Moran back off on stuff because he, okay, you're going to be primary and the Koch brothers are going to drop 10 million on you. No, there were no successful primaries though run by the Koch brothers against people based on climate stuff. That's what I'm talking about.
