There are 155 million office users out there and the all-head teams installed on their computer because they used office. So we said, how do we get these existing customers who already know Microsoft to now use teams? One idea was to include or embed a team's base chat in a document so you could essentially have a running conversation going as you're editing or updating a document or a deck. The second idea we had, which was very close to my heart, was it's really tough to send decks when they're too large. We saw in the app store that teams as the app was getting panned with one star reviews from people who said that the user interface and the user experience were
