The Importance of Protein

There are 20 amino acids, nine of which we must eat. Even the RDA doesn't recognize the meal requirement of certain amino acids. The protein in quinoa and the protein in broccoli has an a different amino acid than the protein in beef or the protein in chicken. We cannot make these blanket statements that if you just get your protein, you're going to be okay.
