How to Eating More Frequent Small Meals

If your body thinks your fat, your body thinks you're dying of hunger pretty much. And I do find that in that the dysregulated eating, I see it actually in people that I know who have gotten so used to this one meal a day thing. It's interesting because it worked for them for a while. They looked very lean, the whole nine yards. But I look at them now and this is particularly in women who were pre-menopausal and then went through menopause. So hey, let's just swap things up for a little bit for awhile. Let's try to eat little and often.
