Getting More Time on Your Feet

If you have this repetative action where you're striking the ground a constantly, it gets very bored of that stimulus. So there's ways of getting more time on your feet. For some particular runns, particularly those trained from merothon, is doing a walk run approach during the training. It allows you to maybe run for two hours instead of an hour and a half. And what you find sen over a long run is it really has a negligible effect on your pace compared if you ran whole way and slowing down later on in the run.
