Swimmers and people that start swimming lighter should do less of it in the pool. If you can't anchor the hips and rotate at the thoracic spine, your elbows never going to come up. The best thing for traftes is regulari at least daily if not couple of times a day, is just like rolling onthe thoracic backbone.
