Are These Nutrinos Coming From the Cosmos?
The most exciting thing is really just that these nutrinos coming from the cosmos do exist. We thought they were out there, but we hadn't actually discovered them until we built ice cube. The plan what we hope to do is to go from one cubic kilometer up to eight cubic kilometers inside of the ice and then build an even larger array on the surface. This would basically allow us to detect even more nutrinos at even higher energies. And have you been to ice cube? Honestly, it's my favourite place on the planet. It'sreally unlike anything in any place that i've been before.
