The Importance of Adapting a Movie

The movie was similar to diehard in that it was terrorists take over a sky rise um I think he had an estranged daughter and yes in the uh novel. Jim wanted to be depressing yeah yeah right so Jeb Stort came on to adapt it and then he didn't really know how to adapt it but apparently he got in a fight with his wife and was driving in a car like after he you know ran out on his wife  then all of a sudden there was this refrigerator in front of him and he while he was driving and he ran through it which made him realize what the movie should be about.
