Is This Really a Hack?

A group of hackers were able to use a piece of soft ware that basically used the search bar and entered in every combination of every phone number possible. They would enter a number, and it wouldn't be connected to a profile, so it would just track, track nothing. But then eventually they would hit a phone number, and it would therefore tell them that's a real phone number. And it tells them the person, and sometimes the emale address as well, associated with that peopleas able tooldem. So, five hundred million phone numbers in total. There was a few million emales as well. In australia specifically, it was seven point three million fone numbers
