The First Election I Participated In
For me, the 2000 election was the first election that I participated in in any way, even just emotionally. And so for my first experience of an election to be this election with all this controversy and, you know, judicially decided outcomes, it was really shaped my view of democracy as a think it did for a lot of his generation. Yeah. I mean, it was a cathartic moment for the United States in a wake-up call about how poorly run our election system is.
