Ashley: So basically my team's processes are all probably pretty different. And I really enjoy the structure for many reasons. The biggest being is that everyone can hammer into what their best at. We have Bree and the other Ashley on my team that are great on the phone, whereas I excel in emails and other channels. There's no specific numbers, but at the end of the day, as long as we get those nine opportunities created, it's personalized of how everyone does best.
