i used to just feel it in y i hated it, like i just, i hated the thought that usase were getting a bad experience. We all get paid out of the same bank account, right? Like the no matter what's going on, you you have to just get here and help with things. I don't i don't think anything else is someone else's problems. And at the end of the day, if things start to fall apart and degrade, it becomes everyone's problem in a way that's really, really problematic. If you build a team of people that really care about the company succeeding and gettinggetting things done, you can benefit in so many other ways.
