What Are the Contents of the Tarsal Tunnel?
The tarsal tunnel is composed of the posterior tibial neurovascular bundle and the FHL. Most commonly at this point they're going to have sensory issues rather than motor issues. They may have a positive to nail sign or discomfort with eversion and dorsiflexion. If it's kind of a non-conclusive test on physical exam you can send them for nerve conduction studies which may be useful for diagnosis.
