What's Going on With Street Buys?
When he first started in narcotics, you have a choice. If you carry a gun and it gets discovered, you're likely going to get killed 100%. So what's your choice? It was like, okay, fuck it. I won't take either. And you're by yourself or you have other people with you? Both. We would run in partners, but I would go into crack houses by myself. When we did street buys, we would just drive around and street by together. But many times we'll just continue to buy from a make a case. You can tell who's dealing because they're basically walking, but not going anywhere.
