How to Influence Your Podcast Episode
Having a podcast episode is an exercise in influencing. It's my job to ask you great questions, keep it interesting. I'm negotiating with the audience of like, are they engaged? Are we going? So tell me, how did I do this morning as we were recording this? In influencing this? What kind of advice would you have for me as a coach in what could I have done better or what did I do well? How about that old bonus content? Yeah, I'd love this bonus question because it illustrates it so well.
