The Importance of Intention in Life

It wasn't till about eight months ago that one of my friends came to me and said, we should kind of start doing something. And it was probably a little over half of a year ago that I really sat down and started thinking about it seriously. It was more along the lines of, hey, we both like lifting, let's make stringers. For those who don't know, stringers are pretty much cut up shirts that bodybuilders wear.
