Lily's call to action is pretty clear. We all need to take an active role in building a ster er and more inclusive table. Just like indra with the cobblestone walkway at pepsico, we might notice the ways our work places aren't designed with everybody in mind. Close captions do include context cues like water running or music playing or laughter, which allows thos who have hearing impariments to truly experience what's happening in the vidia. As a potete woman, i'm always cold at work. I keep a heatr under my desk and a scarf near by at all times. If you feel this regularly, and know your colleagues do too
