In a normal cycle when we've gone back We like to go back and look at cycles. What we see this time is really really different because of ESB A lot of very very big pools of capital just can't participate so the money's not coming in. Last year on aggregate saw massive outflows last year despite the fact that the broad market was down almost 20% and Energy, you know was up 40%. You would think you'd see people running to that energy to try to save themselves. But they were selling the energy on every uptick and the reason is because of this ESG narrative.
