Pediatric Resuscitation - What Are the Most Important Pieces That Pediatric Cardiologists Should Focus On?

Tia and Bobby, what do you think are the most important pieces that pediatric cardiac ICUs should focus on to improve our resuscitation efforts? Are there any cows you'd like to put out the pasture in the cardiac world? I don't know if there's any cows, but I think there's a topic that we haven't even talked about. The next step is intact neurologic outcome, right? It's survival with good neurologic outcome.
