Why Cross Examination Is Not Necessary
I would love to see a different approach, a separate approach when it comes to cases of relationship abuse of any kind. I've been supporting a sister recently who has been in the family courts with her perpetrator. He chose to represent himself which meant that she was cross examined by her perpetrator. How the fuck is that allowed? Yeah so is the age. There are other ways maybe we can approach it. But that's it you don't need to know all of the law to see that there's such clear issues there.
