Gandalf Waits Until the Last Minute, Right?

Gandalf says, you only have 10 minutes to get going. Bilbo has no time to think. Gandalf pushes him out the door. So he runs, he runs and he gets just in time. He arrives exactly at 11 to meet the doors. And then, but then he says, oh, but, but I forgot my hat. Or a jacket. or a handkerchief for his nose. These are not important. It's very, everything happens very, very fast. We can see maybe Gandalf, this is his plan, right? He knows Bilbo will be worried and have, he has fears. The story goes on from there.
