The Importance of a Formality in a Meeting

Peter Teal was the first outside investor in Facebook. He put in like 500,000 for maybe like 9% or something like that. But he's saying how there was the infamous offer or like the famous offer where Facebook was offered, I think $1 billion. And they had to have a board meeting because this is like a billion dollars. That's the sort of attitude that I now have about what we're doing. Like you guys want to do it because it's this stupid, right? Trying to build like $100 billion company.
