Do or study what you love, your passion, but use repetition. It's not good enough just to exercise the muscle that solves problems. You have to be able to catalogue problems. For instance, if a stock dropped, i would get scared to deathif stock dropped really fast. And it was only by seeing situation after situation when a stock drops, I started to see, oh, whenever it drops very fast, it tends to bounce back. That helped me build a whole traning system around this and later on, undof hedge funds.

It was such a great match. On top of that, he came on to the podcast to talk about the matches, adult learning, and how is it like to be the father of a great chess grandmaster! We also talked about how they built a chess learning empire as well!
