You have to provide something to the mentor. It is a two way relationship. And create back and forth dynamic. If you can, if you can get a job, that's a mentorship. I think start ups are amazing for this. You know, odds are you won't really good one on one mentorship at big companies. But if you're working at a small, early stage start up, like, you're going to just get crazy mentorship,. because they want to bring you up to their level as quickly as possible.
