Are You a PhD Student?
After my MA, I had kind of decided that I was not going to pursue a PhD. It was a dramatic experience. With the PhD, I'm actually doing it back at SG in Brazil and I applied during the pandemic because I just really felt like this urge to reconnect with the discussion about Latin America as a whole. So for me, it's also political. There's a political dimension in this work," she says.
