i think in economics you have this very well known result of essentially institutional decline. And so does that also mean there's a kind of collapse into indefinite optimism, or even worse, are sort of built into the evolution these institutions? Well, ye, i think most people would agree, at least somewhat along my thesis, it's not too dissimilar to what steve jobbs actually said about players and b players. R you let too many b players on the team, then everyone becomes a b player, because they're not competing over o being being the best they can be.
