The Trade-Offs of Guarantees

There's still some lingering anxiety about what does that mean? Is it safe? Is it not safe? And then the other layer of all of this, which is- We want capitalism still to survive. Do we want to guarantee everything for everybody? And if they don't do that, are everyone going to go to these just big banks? And is that good? So what's the choice there? There are trade-offs, right?
