Embracing Values in Business Communication

Caitlyn Jeffery is my go-to gal and the first lady I ever hired. She is an absolute powerhouse of a woman and true do-it-all-er. A mom, wife, and the Jenna Kutcher brand manager, she used to own her own business as a virtual assistant until she went full time for my team. Stop letting your titles like "manager", "assistant", "executive" define who you are. "It's easy to wrap yourself in your title", but you need to really look at who you are at your core when you take away your title. "Things change, circumstances change, and who you are at your core- is what your focus should be on your life... and your business as well!".
