The two words that I love the most about what you just said, the first one is process and the next one is practice. At the end of the day, vulnerability, it's something that you actually have to put into practice. You can become more comfortable with it, but I don't know of anybody where vulnerability is completely comfortable. The other person plays an equal role or at least should.
