Nathaniel: With more than 95% of the expected votes tallied, Janet Protisaywitz leads Dan Kelly by 11 points. Nathaniel: Is that a better showing than you would have expected? Yes. I wasn't quite sure how favored she was. But just in general, Wisconsin is a swing state. And for one side to win by 11 points, even in a ostensibly non-partisan election, is basically a landslide.
