i find that when i tell a vulnerable story, it creates space for others to know that it is safe to tell their own vulnerable stories. Many of our stories, in our minds, we've been told that who we are or what we have to say is inappropriate for the work's base. As a listener, you have almost a more important role than you do as a speaker. Being a listener is about like making sure that your face looks pleasant.
