There's not many other places where individuals will be able to take so much of their balance. And most countries people can't. So, you know, it can be attractive and that would be kind of the only logic to me about why people would buy a house or something because certainly houses aren't cheap. Do you have any thoughts in general on like the commercial real estate market?
