Acute Lymphocytic Sarcoidosis
Sarcoid like granule matosis is an adverse event with thoracic manifestations that can mimic recurrent malignancy. Thymac hyper plasia typically occurs three to 14 months after the initiation of cemo therapy, but it may be delayed for up to five years on pet images. In the lungs, you can have pulmonary embolism or tumer thrombus.
